Texture by c3lab is ready to serve you an amazing big breakfast consisting of sourdough toast with grilled bratwurst chicken sausage, sunny side up egg, roasted tomato, stuffed portobello mushroom and avocado. You may share your plates with your friends too.
My friend ordered the Beef Bacon Croissant with Egg Mayo which consisted of a croissant with beef, egg mayo, dijon mustard butter and fresh vegetables. All fresh ingredients and freshly baked sourdough bread pairing the richness of blue cheese and the sweetness of cranberries together create a unique and unforgettable taste experience!

Chef Chong Ko Wai (@breadpitt) known as “The Brad Pitt of Pastry”, has won the hearts of thousands of pastry fans. Chef Chong is notably famous in creating modern French pastries with the perfect balance in flavours and textures.
With a great eye for detail, exhibited through his artistic sugar and chocolate showpieces, his team won the 6th placing in the 2017 Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in Lyon. He was won the 2nd placing at the 2016 Mondial des Arts Sucres, his entremets creation’s topped the category in the competition.
Chef Lawrence Cheong (@lawrence_bobo) is famous for his amazing chocolate artistry and masterpieces… he reinvents classic patisseries and chocolates into an array of exquisite delectables. His team won the 4th placing and was awarded the title “Best Chocolate Showpiece” in the 2015 Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in Lyon…
